2. Products & Services

Furniture & Flooring Donegal supplies furniture, flooring, and related household goods, including flat-packed furniture, with optional delivery and assembly services.

All descriptions, pricing, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

An order constitutes an offer to purchase.
A contract is formed only when the order is accepted by Furniture & Flooring Donegal.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to acceptance.
Custom, special-order, or made-to-measure items are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

4. Pricing, VAT & Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€).
Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
VAT is charged at the rate applicable at the time of supply.
VAT invoices are issued in compliance with Irish Revenue requirements.

Payment may be required in full prior to dispatch, delivery, or installation.

Furniture & Flooring Donegal does not store payment card details. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

5. Invoicing & Records

Invoices and receipts are issued for all transactions.
Transaction records are retained in line with Irish Revenue retention requirements.
Any invoice queries must be raised within a reasonable time.

6. Delivery of Goods

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or events beyond our control do not constitute breach of contract.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the agreed address.
Customers must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery.

7. Assembly & Installation Services

Where assembly or installation is provided, services are limited to the agreed scope.
Customers must ensure the area is safe and suitable.
Furniture & Flooring Donegal is not responsible for defects arising from unsuitable surfaces, walls, floors, or pre-existing conditions.

8. Inspection, Damage & Faults

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery or collection.
Any visible damage or faults should be reported within 48 hours.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights under Irish law.

9. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Irish consumer law, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as required by law.
Flat-packed items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

10. Cancellations

Cancellation rights depend on whether goods are standard or custom-made.
Orders already processed or supplied may incur costs.
Distance-selling cancellation rights apply only where legally required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
Furniture & Flooring Donegal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Taxation & Revenue Compliance

Furniture & Flooring Donegal operates in compliance with Irish tax and VAT legislation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information provided for invoicing or delivery purposes.

13. Website Use

Users must not misuse this website or attempt unauthorised access.
All website content remains the intellectual property of Furniture & Flooring Donegal unless stated otherwise.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Force Majeure

Furniture & Flooring Donegal is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, transport issues, or natural events.
